PAM Program Evaluations

Because funding is provided to support mentoring activities, it is critical that you complete the PAM evaluations regularly as well as the family cluster evaluations online.

Evaluation links will be sent to mentors and mentees via email and/or text message on the following schedule:

Belonging Survey	Due September 16th
September Evaluation, including Induction and Challenge Discovery	Due October 1st
October Evaluation, including Movie Night and Trick or Treat Street	Due November 1st
February Evaluation, including the PAM Jam and Community Service Event	Due March 1st
Belonging Survey	Due April 14th
March Activity Evaluation, including the End of Year Social and Program Overview	Due April 21st
